Elaine Widner

Vice President, Administration

As the Vice President of Administration, Elaine is responsible for human resource recruiting and management, budgeting and long range growth planning, real estate management, accounting software management, and office management and provisioning.

Elaine holds a combined 14 years of experience in human resource management, recruiting, payroll management and small business ownership. She is a critical member of the Skywriter MD leadership team with a proven track record of implementing human resource strategies and programs, executive coaching, developing budgets and growth plans, conducting regional market analysis for business expansion opportunities, software selection and implementation, aligning resources for organizational effectiveness, molding corporate culture, benefits administration and education and training.

Before being promoted to her current position, Elaine most recently served as the Human Resource Director at Skywriter MD. Prior to Skywriter MD, she was employed as the Human Resources Manager and Recruiter for two global contact call centers in Ann Arbor, MI, and has also owned and operated a small business for several years.

Elaine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Cleary University, Ann Arbor, MI.
